Humanity During Crisis

I truely realised the real humanity during the toilet paper crisis, while I was looking to buy some.

Stupid and selfish people who over panicked always took more than they needed and even started taking from public toilets. Those who had got toilet paper wanted to sell them off at unreasonable prices to rip other people off. Someone wanted to sell me 32 rolls for at least $500. What a joke! I couldn't believe it. I didn't comply as it doesn't make any sense.

However generous people do exist. It's the true spirit of generosity that they still like to help people while they are also in need themselves. I managed to get a pack at a reasonable price with delivery. I also came across someone who would like to drop off some rolls free of cost. As I got enough back then, I was not gonna take more than I needed. I'd rather let them help those who are in need.

As a large number of people had lost their jobs already due to the corona crisis and then started suffering a difficult time, we mustn't encourage those unethical behaviours to rip people off under such critical circumstances. Just never comply to unreasonable prices no matter what we buy from people. The more we do this, the less those behaviours will be encouraged. We must stand together and fight against the unfairness!
